1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pawn.guru ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including borrowers and investors.

2 Services Description

Pawn.guru provides a digital asset pawn lending platform where:

Borrowers pledge digital assets (Telegram channels, domains, game accounts, social media accounts, etc.) as collateral in exchange for crypto loans.
Investors deposit cryptocurrency to fund loans and earn returns.

3 Borrower Obligations

You must own the pledged asset and have full rights to transfer control of it.
You agree to transfer control of the pledged asset as instructed before receiving loan funds.
You must repay the loan amount plus agreed interest before or on the due date.
Failure to repay on time may result in permanent forfeiture of the pledged asset.
You must provide accurate information in your application.

4 Investor Terms

Investor deposits are used to fund borrower loans. Returns are not guaranteed and depend on loan performance.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 business hours subject to available liquidity.
Pawn.guru is not a regulated financial institution. Investing carries risk, including potential loss of capital.

5 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Pledge assets you do not own or have no right to transfer.
Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' accounts.
Provide false or misleading information.

6 Limitation of Liability

Pawn.guru is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7 Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
